PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: during promotional periods or product launches, processing times may extend to 3–4 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is affected.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or public holidays in the destination country. Trynela is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party couriers.

DUTIES & TAXES
For UK deliveries, all prices are inclusive of VAT. For European orders, prices displayed at checkout do not include local import duties or taxes that may be levied by the destination country's customs authority. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer care team.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Lost orders: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (Europe) of the dispatch date, please get in touch and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Damaged items: If your products arrive damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect address: Address changes can only be made before your order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error — we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been collected by our courier.
